Oshiomole Will Get The GEJ Treatment -  Edo Central APC leaders

17 leaders of APC in Edo central, more from Igueben and Esan Central LGAs, vowed to collect money from the APC but end up voting for and mobilising for the PDP to favour their kinsman, John Yakubu.

“The bitter truth Oshiomhole must hear is that we in his party APC where he is the leader, elected governor and self appointed emperor, know that we have lost the forthcoming election. Particularly Edo central where we expect PDP to win with over 80 percent of the total vote to be cast. He wants us to do magic as if we are fools. We will give him the Jonathan treatment of supporting him until the voting day when we will show to Oshiomhole that we are Esan n’Aigbe. We cannot abandoned our chance to be deputy governor to settle for an uncertainty of having speaker. For the first six years of his regime did Oshiomhole give Esan speaker? Why does he think we would believe him now that he dangles that insult to our faces.?”

“My advise to the Governor is that he shoulɗ not disburse moneƴ to the so called leaders of APC in Edo central. From a reliable source they are all cuninglƴ waiting to give Oshiomhole the Jonathan treatment. Collect the Cash as a final parting gift from ƴour party APC and encourage and watch their kinsmen in Edo central vote Pastor Osagie Ize Iyamu which many of them have met with secretly or their body language have shown preference for him.” A leader in Igueben said.

“Party aside, Pastor Osagie Ize Iyamu is the most experienced person for the job and the man who is better prepared for this Job. They are even more convinced that APC has lost the election because of the recent statement credited to Senator Oluremi Tinubu that Oshiomhole should not have allowed Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu leave the Party and that it is too late to convince her husbanɗ  Bola Ahmed Tinubu to support Obaseki and the party was ready to let Edo state go the way of PDP” an APC stalwart in Ekpoma added.
