BUSTED: Oshiomhole summons Chairmen of Communities in Edo State, for endorsing Ize-Iyamu

Official leak available to Urhokpota Reporters indicate that the Edo State governor and field marshal of the APC in Edo state, Mr Adams Oshiomhole, has summoned the various heads of Community Development organisations in Edo state.

The chairmen are summoned to appear at 8.00am Wednesday 24 August 2016.

The venue for the meeting is Osadebey Avenue, government house in Benin city.

They have been summoned over allegations that they have endorsed the PDP candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.

Urhokpota Reporters gather that these chairmen have been blackmailed to recant tomorrow and declare for Obaseki, the APC candidate.

Reliable information available to Urhokpota Reporters reveals that the governor has, through his agents, blackmailed the chairman by threats of making them lose control of their burrow pits where they get sand and which is a major source of their influence.

The chairmen have been told that anyone of them who wants to retain control over their burrow pits must endorse Obaseki Wednesday.

You may see some of the members declaring for Obaseki on Wednesday.

But Vice Chairman of Ovia Northeast chapter of the association, Hon Igbinoba, has said that no matter the level of intimidation by the outgoing governor, he was not going to cow to Oshiomhole.

“The man thinks he can bully everyone. But we will stand up against him. One cannot be greater than the people. We have resolved to vote for Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu and no amount of intimidation can stop or deter us.”
